Biomass steam generator is a device that uses biomass fuel (such as wood chips, straw, rice husks, palm shells, etc.) as energy, generates heat energy through combustion and heats water to generate steam. Its core feature is to use renewable resources and reduce carbon emissions.

Working principle: Biomass fuel is fully burned in the combustion chamber to release heat energy. The heat energy is transferred to the water side through the furnace, smoke pipe or water pipe system to heat the water to produce steam. The steam is dried in the separator and transported to the user terminal. The waste heat can be recycled through the economizer. The combustion tail gas is discharged in compliance with the emission standards after dust removal and desulfurization.
Structural composition
Feeding device: screw conveyor or belt conveyor to realize automatic feeding.
Combustion chamber: Made of high temperature resistant refractory materials, supports full combustion.
Grate: Fixed grate or chain grate, controls combustion efficiency and ash emission.
Heat exchange system: water tube boiler or fire tube boiler structure, efficient heat transfer.
Dust removal system: multi-stage cyclone dust removal, bag dust removal or wet dust removal device.
Control system: PLC automatically controls fuel supply, air volume, water level and pressure.
Safety accessories: safety valve, pressure gauge, water level gauge, explosion-proof door, etc.
